At Alamat Trading, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and efficiently across Qatar and GCC countries. Please read the following Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Placement

Customers can place orders directly through our website:

Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to the registered email address and/or mobile number provided during checkout.


Delivery Within Qatar

Delivery Time

All orders within Qatar are typically delivered within 1 business day from the time of order confirmation.

Delivery services operate from:

Sunday to Thursday
9:00 AM – 4.00 PM

Saturday 9.00 AM - 1.00 PM

Friday - Closed

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Methods for Qatar Orders

Customers within Qatar may choose from the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Card on Delivery

  • Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card)

Orders may be subject to verification before dispatch.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.


GCC International Shipping

We proudly ship to all GCC countries, including:

  • Saudi Arabia

  • United Arab Emirates

  • Kuwait

  • Bahrain

  • Oman

Payment Terms for GCC Orders

All GCC orders must be fully prepaid before shipment.

For international shipments, we do not offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Card on Delivery

Orders will only be processed and dispatched after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Shipping Partner

All GCC orders are shipped through Qatar Post or another reliable courier partner selected by Alamat Trading.

We reserve the right to use an alternative shipping provider offering a comparable level of service whenever necessary.

Delivery Time for GCC Orders

Estimated delivery time for GCC countries is:

8–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Public holidays

  • Courier operations

Delivery estimates are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all international shipping charges.

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout or communicated before shipment confirmation.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional government charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers may request shipment updates at any time by contacting our customer support team.


Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

Address modifications can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Registered Email Address

  • Updated Delivery Address

Alamat Trading cannot guarantee address changes after shipment has been processed.


Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order before shipment confirmation.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customized & Personalized Products

Orders for customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production or preparation has begun.


Damaged, Missing, Defective or Malfunctioning Products

Customers must report any damaged, missing, defective, or malfunctioning products within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.

Damaged Products

All products are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch.

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Take photographs of the package and product.

  • Contact our support team immediately.

  • Do not discard the original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Missing Products

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

If an item appears to be missing, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide a resolution.

Defective or Malfunctioning Products

If a product is found to be defective or not functioning properly under normal use, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Upon verification, Alamat Trading will arrange a replacement, repair, or other suitable resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Limitation of Delivery Liability

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Alamat Trading shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Force majeure events

  • Government restrictions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect customer information
