Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Alamat, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is physically damaged, defective, has missing parts or accessories, or is different from its description, you may request a return, replacement, or refund.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery for orders shipped within Qatar and across GCC countries.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, promotional items, and bundled products (if any).

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products made to customer specifications.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Return Shipping Charges

For approved returns that are not due to product defects or shipping errors, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

A return shipping fee of approximately QAR 45 (or equivalent local currency for GCC destinations) may apply depending on the delivery location.

Refund & Replacement Policy

• All returned products will be inspected and verified before a refund or replacement is approved.

• Replacements are subject to product availability, including model, size, color, and specifications.

• All refunds will be processed in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

• Once the return is approved and verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Information

Alamat currently ships to Qatar and all GCC countries.

• Qatar: Orders are typically delivered within 1 business day.

• GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): Orders are typically delivered within 8–10 business days, subject to customs clearance and local courier operations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen logistical delays.
